Sixteen beef breeds shown at ’94 Calgary Stampede

CALGARY – Sixteen beef breeds were represented at this year’s Calgary Stampede. The Piedmontese is the newest group to parade through the showring.

In the supreme beef champion show, the winner in the bull class was a Charolais named Sharphills Maximizer 102B from Target Cattle Company, of Calgary and Sharp Hills Charolais, of Sedalia, Alta. The supreme champion female was a Limousin named Highland Ballerina CMA 61B from Highland Stock Farms, of Calgary.
