Refeed Canada and Cascadia Seaweed in British Columbia have partnered to launch ReFeed Seaweed Extract.
The natural liquid plant food is made from the extract of cultivated, cold-water kelp, which contains essential nutrients that could be used for a range of growing purposes.
Liquid Seaweed Extract is produced by Cascadia Seaweed on Vancouver Island and sold under the ReFeed Brand.
It is expected to be sold to garden stores, landscapers, horticulturists and farmers.
ReFeed and Cascadia are working to produce plant and soil health products that support food security, food production and a more resilient food system.
