Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. has entered into an agreement to buy assets from Wardale Equipment (1998) Ltd., a Case IH agriculture dealership with locations in Yorkton, Langenburg and Preeceville, Sask.The deal includes a cash payment and the issuance of 292,643 common shares of Rocky Mountain.Wardale represents Case IH agriculture and also carries Seed Hawk, Degelman and Brandt brands.In the year ending Nov. 30, 2009, Wardale had revenue of about $39 million.The new properties will be added to Miller Equipment Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rocky Mountain, bringing the number of its locations to 11.The deal is expected to close June 7 and will increase Rocky Mountain’s total number of branch locations to 29.
