Rocky Mountain buys Alberta stores

Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. has bought certain assets of Agritrac Equipment Ltd., a Case IH agriculture dealership with locations in Westlock, Vegreville and Barrhead, Alta.

The acquisition was funded with cash and 55,066 common shares.
