Wheat not making it to market

The Western Producer has learned the Canadian Wheat Board’s head of logistics claims 7 million tonnes of wheat and durum from the 2013 production year wont make it to market this year due to supply chain constraints. This will push total carryouts to 12 million tonnes. The Producer will continue to update this story.
