Agri-business and farms front and centre for Alberta’s Open Farm Days

Open Farm Days continues to enjoy success in its 14th year running, as Alberta farms and agri-businesses were showcased to increase awareness on how food gets to the dinner plate.

Cremona 4-H Club 50th anniversary, June 14. There will be an afternoon of visiting with former 4-H members and leaders starting with coffee and tea at 3 p.m. in the Cremona, Alta., Community Hall. There will be games for kids. Supper starts at 6 p.m. followed by a short presentation and slide show. Dance starts at 8. The committee is putting together a history book, a copy of which will be sent home with every family in attendance. All former members, leaders and interested community members are welcome.
