Loveland Products, a subsidiary of Agrium, has acquired a controlling interest in Agricen, an agricultural biotechnology company from Dallas that markets biochemical-based plant nutrition products.
Agricen manufactures two of Loveland’s plant nutrition brands, Accomplish LM and Titan PBA, which are biologically derived products designed to enhance fertilizer efficiency.
Agricen will operate as a Loveland subsidiary under its present name.
