Alberta farmers are reminded when ordering parts for repairs during harvest time that, for prompt delivery, the parts should be ordered as emergency repair parts or repairs identified as machine down. Casual calls will not receive the same immediate attention.
During the rest of the growing season, parts must be received within three working days. This turnaround only applies when the person placing the order is the original owner of the machine and the machine is 10 years old or less.
