Rawhide Livestock Services is a new livestock sale management company based out of Carman, Man. It will offer a full range of management services, as well as photography and ring service.
Owner Lois Gould has extensive experience in the livestock service industry.
It is an offshoot of Cactus Communications, which publishes Simmental Focus magazine and offers catalogue design and advertising consulting services.
John and Joanne Best will spearhead the new company and will move to Carman in the near future. John is now the herdsman at Mountain View Farms near Swan River, Man., and Joanne is the marketing assistant for Simmental Focus.
