Farm Credit Canada and Agtech Accelerator have formed a partnership to help support the development of agricultural startups.
Agtech Accelerator is a venture-backed accelerator program founded by Cultivator powered by Conexus, Emmertech and Economic Development Regina. It provides startups with capital and mentorship to bring to market systems, machines and data needed by producers.
Launched in 2021, it provides the resources, programming and funding that agtech companies need to help them scale their companies.
FCC said providing financial support to Agtech Accelerator is a natural fit for its venture capital program.
