Saskatoon Fall Fair organizers reported good prices and attendance as they wrapped up their first show in the new agriculture building at Prairieland Park Nov. 15.

“Prices are really good considering the market,” said Brenda Sapergia, livestock manager with Prairieland Park.

Fall Fair numbers are on par with last year, unlike Farmfair International in Edmonton where cattle numbers were down, she said.

Sapergia said the new venue dedicated to cattle events means dirt will not need to be hauled in and out for each show as in the past and everything can take place in one building.
