Crop Production Services is buying Andrukow Group Solutions that has 18 locations across Alberta and western Saskatchewan.
The deal is subject to closing conditions including clearance under the competition bureau. A dollar value was not released.
The retail operations include Andrukow Group Solutions at Dekoda, Mundare and Camrose, Dunvegan Ag Solutions, Crowfoot Ag Solutions, Flatlander Ag Solutions and the crop input operations of Providence Grain Solutions at Gaudin and Waskatenau.
