SASKATOON (Staff) – The women’s group of the Canadian Charolais Association got 290 recipes when it put out the call last fall. The result is a cookbook that will be priced under $10 and be available in April.

“It’s quite a bit of work,” said Glenda Niziol, president of the Canadian Charolettes. The cookbook is a one-time only project for the group. It is temporarily replacing their usual fund-raising calendar project.

The cookbook is just going into print now and 3,000 copies will be run initially. It has seven categories of what Niziol calls “pretty basic and straightforward” recipes. To order a copy contact Niziol at R.R. 2 Millbrook, Ont., L0A 1G0 or the Charolais association at 2320 – 41 Ave. N.E., Calgary, Alta., T2E 6W8.
