The Canadian Cattle Identification Agency says extended call centre customer service hours for the fall run have been in effect since Oct. 1 and will continue until Dec. 31.
The new hours are Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. MST until the end of the year. Customer support for the Canadian Livestock Tracking System (CLTS) can be accessed by phone at 877-909-BEEF (2333).
