World oilseed situation remains largely unchanged

A new USDA report contained bad news for Canadian canola, with estimates of high ending stocks and lower exports

The positive news from the recent World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report was that the outlook for the global vegetable oil demand remains strong for the 2025-26 crop year.

ICE Canada Weekly: Pressure on canola is coming

As canola futures find some ground on the Intercontinental Exchange during the week ended Sept. 24, the Canadian oilseed’s path will soon be a steady decline. That’s the assessment from Tony Tryhuk, trader with RBC Dominion Securities in Winnipeg.
