USDA surveys input costs in Illinois every two weeks. The following prices are in U.S. dollars per ton and compare prices Aug. 20 to Aug. 6. Prices are for fall delivery.
The range for urea 46-0-0 was $370 to $395. The average was $382.50. There was no urea quote Aug. 6.
Anhydrous ammonia was $420 to $455. The average was $428, compared to $435.45 on Aug. 6.
Liquid nitrogen 28 was $200 to $225, with an average of $213.25, down from $264.75 Aug. 6.
Diammonium phosphate 18-46-0 was $359 to $430.
The average was $390.88, down from $409.77 Aug. 6.
Potash was $559 to $672.
The average was $610, down from $648.14.
