n Erroneous information was included in a story that appeared on page 113 of the March 4 edition. Supplies of Pioneer’s 45H29, a clubroot resistant, Roundup Ready hybrid canola should be sufficient to meet producers’ demand, said Rachel Faust, marketing communications manager with Pioneer Hi-Bred.
Supplies of the company’s other clubroot resistant canola varieties, which have yet to be registered, will be limited.
Supplies of 9558C, available through Viterra, will be available in introductory volumes this spring. Supplies of D3152, available from DuPont Canada at selected independent and Co-op retailers, will be available in limited introductory volumes.
n The chief executive officer of Federated Co-operatives Ltd. is Scott Banda. Incorrect information appeared in a story in the March 4 issue. Also, Banda said he expects to see a decrease in retained, not retail, earnings over the next couple of years.
