Fertilizer prices changed little in the United States in the second half of April except for anhydrous ammonia.
The following prices, based on a regular U.S. Department of Agriculture survey in Illinois, compare April 29 to April 15 and are in U.S. dollars per ton.
The upper part of the anhydrous ammonia range rose to $515 to $635 to average $556.75, up $25 from April 15. The range for urea 46-0-0 was $395 to $470. The average was $434.64, up nine cents.
Diammonium phosphate DAP 18-46-0 ranged from $475 to $536. The average was $503.68, up $3.38.
The potash range was $460 to $550 to average $493.76, up 88 cents.
