– Russian missiles attacked the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv as well as Kharkiv on Tuesday morning, killing at least four people and injuring more than 100. – Lee Jae-myung, leader of South Korea’s opposition Democratic Party and a former presidential candidate, was stabbed in the neck during a press conference on Tuesday in the Korean city of Busan. Police said he was conscious while being transported to a nearby hospital and was not in critical condition. The attacker asked Lee for an autograph and then stabbed him with a knife. Police said the suspect was questioned, but would not say why he attacked Lee.
