– Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said in a speech Monday that the country will continue to export oil despite sanctions put on by the United States. He described the U.S. measures as “psychological war.”

– United Kingdom Prime Minister Theresa May is facing some challenges as she works to move a tentative Brexit deal through Parliament. European Union leaders say the draft could not be renegotiated, while both pro- and anti-Brexit politicians in the UK have expressed problems with the deal.
