– The eurozone’s inflation has moved to its highest level in more than three years, data from the region said on Wednesday.
Annual inflation moved to a rate of 1.1 per cent in December, according to a flash estimate from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
Higher energy prices lent themselves to the increase.
– Hong Kong’s economy is expected to see slower growth this year, according to reports on Wednesday.
Weaker exports and private consumption are expected to have an effect on the region’s GDP.
