– Canada’s recently re-elected minority Liberal government will swear in their new cabinet on Tuesday, with a number of new faces expected in some key positions. Gender parity and regional representation are expected to be priorities in the makeup of the cabinet. While there will be some changes in the front bench, Prime Minister Trudeau has already announced that Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland will stay in her role.
