The U.S. national live price average for barrows and gilts on June 20 was not available. It was not available on June 13.
U.S. hogs averaged $110.46 on a carcass basis on June 20, up from $104.95 on June 13.

The U.S. pork cutout was $122.14 per hundredweight on June 20, up from $118.06 on June 13.
The estimated U.S. weekly slaughter to June 20 was 2.350 million. It was 2.355 million on the previous week.
Slaughter was 2.367 million last year at the same time.
In Canada, the June 21 Signature Four price was $250.92 per 100 kilograms, up from $240.44.
The June 21 Hams Marketing cash price was $248.92. On June 14 it was $238.44. HyLife was $269.22 this week; it was $257.35 on June 14. OlyWest was $253.30, up from $242.70 last week.
OlyWest 2021 was $262.40, up from $252.10, and HyLife’s adjusted price was $276.94 this week. On June 14 it was $262.83.
Bison
The Canadian Bison Association reported domestic carcass prices for finished bulls $635 to $690 per cwt., hot hanging weight. Finished heifers were $610 to $660 per cwt. Mature bulls were $500 to $550, while mature cows were $500 to $550 per cwt.
Carcass prices for bison being sold into the U.S. were US$485 to $500 for bulls per cwt. Heifers were US$450 to $475 per cwt.
Prices for mature bulls and mature cows were not available.

Prices for live bison in Canada were not available this week.
Lambs
Ontario Stockyards Inc. reported that 296 sheep and 296 lambs sold on June 16.
Beaver Hill Auctions at Tofield, Alta., reported that 738 sheep, and 189 goats sold June 16.
Wool lambs lighter than 54 pounds were $350-$485 per cwt., 55-69 lb. were $350-$448, 70-85 lb. were $360-$413, 86-105 lb. were $340-$400 and 106 lb. and heavier were $300-$340. Wool rams were $170-$260 per cwt. Cull ewes were $150-$290 per cwt.
Hair lambs lighter than 54 lb. were $330-$415, 55-69 lb. were $350-$405, 70-85 lb. were $350-$390, 86-105 lb. were $340-$385 and 106 lb. and heavier were $290-$330. Hair rams were $165-$235 per cwt. Cull ewes were $145-$258.
