Alberta Beef Producers has elected or otherwise confirmed its first delegate body under its new zone structure.
The organization shifted from nine zones to five, with positions for 35 delegates instead of 54. As it now stands, there are two vacant delegate positions in the Central Zone and three in the Northwest Zone.
Elections, conducted through online means, were held in the Southeast and Southwest zones, while other delegates were acclaimed in their respective regions.
