The Nature Conservancy of Canada is offering the gift of habitat for those hard-to-buy-for relatives.

Its Gifts of Canadian Nature program allows people to help conserve wild natural areas, with gifts ranging from $40 to $400.

Each gift comes with a personalized certificate for the recipient, a 2015 Nature Conservancy of Canada calendar featuring conserved Canadian lands and a charitable tax receipt.

Featured gifts will help protect habitat for the short-eared owl, gray fox, Canada lynx, grizzly bear and moose.
