Thursday and Friday look to be dry days on the Canadian Prairies, good for seeding progress.
Rain is finally expected in the dry western regions of the U.S. hard red winter wheat belt in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. The rain will likely be too late to do much good in southern portions, but could help fill kernels in Kansas.

The map shows expected accumulations, in inches, from 12 am Thursday to 12 am Saturday.
