Grain values are generally higher in the CWB October Pool Return Outlooks released today.
The PROs cover the 2014-15 annual and winter pools and futures choice pools.
The annual pool for No. 1 CW red spring wheat 12.5 percent protein is $273, up from $260 in the September PRO
Durum projected returns are sharply higher across all pools compared to the September PROs.
Wider grade spreads result in higher premiums for No. 1s and 2s compared to No. 3s.
No. 1 CW amber durum 12.5 percent protein is $468, up from $392 last month.
Projected returns for canola and malt barley are also higher across all pools.
Futures choice pools are unchanged for CW red spring and down for Canadian prairie spring red and CW red winter, while canola is higher.
Projected returns for field peas are unchanged.
