WINNIPEG — CWB has left its pool return outlooks for winter pool wheat and durum marketed during the current 2014-15 crop year unchanged in its latest outlook, with only wheat sold through the futures choice pool seeing a slight downward revision.
U.S. wheat futures moved higher during the month on the back of speculative short-covering, but gave up most of their gains and the Minneapolis futures were trading at similar levels as they were in late April.
World durum markets were steady to slightly higher over the month, with dryness in the Mediterranean and parts of Western Canada providing some support, according to the CWB outlook.
