The final payment for 2010-11 Pool A feed barley is $36.39 per tonne, said the Canadian Wheat Board.
Farmers will receive payment by direct deposit on July 4.
Cheques will be delivered for mailing to Canada Post by July 7.
The Pool A feed barley pool ran from Aug. 1, 2010 to Jan. 31 of this year.
This final payment represents the balance of the money owing to farmers after their feed barley has been marketed through the CWB, and after operating costs have been deducted.
The initial payment for No. 1 CW feed barley was $202 per tonne at port. With this final payment, it brings the total payment to $238.39 per tonne at port.
