Tarp mounts
The Grabbit Tool Co. has developed a new collection of tarp management products.
Tarp mounts come in three sizes: the Long Grabbit is 20 inches long, the EZ Grabbit is six inches long and the Mini Grabbit is 1.5 inches long.
Grabbits can be used to mount tarps to structures, seam multiple tarps together, replace torn grommets or firmly secure tarps in any location. They consist of two pieces; the dogbone and the sleeve. Simply roll the tarp around the dogbone and slide the sleeve over the dogbone.

A tug on a leader rope engages the two pieces together, trapping the tarp and creating a high-strength hold.
The dogbone can be screw-mounted to an exterior wall, fence or vehicle allowing instant cover area for equipment, supplies, livestock, feed, construction projects, disaster recovery, pet runs, sporting events, entertaining and campsites.
Grabbits work with poly or canvas tarps, plastic sheeting, linens, vinyl signs and banners, mosquito netting, burlap and landscape fabric.
They are available at Home Depot, Canadian Tire, participating Ace Hardware and True Value Hardware stores and other selected retailers.

Sub-compact tractor
New Holland’s new T1000 Series sub-compact tractors are powered by a three-cylinder diesel engine that provides strength and reliability.
The tractors are available in two models: the 20 horsepower T1010 and the 26 hp T1030, which offers the most engine horsepower of any sub-compact tractor on the market.
Both models come equipped with two range hydrostatic drive, standard roll over protective structures and an R4 industrial multi-purpose tire package.
These tires provide the traction of ag tires and the flotation of turf tires, offering longer wear on hard surfaces and less turf damage. The operator’s platform has also been redesigned for more room, better ergonomics and greater operator comfort.
The dual power take-off systems can power front- and rear-mounted implements. The standard mid p.t.o. (2,200 rpm) can power a 60-inch mid-mount mower or optional front-attach implements.
The rear p.t.o. (540 rpm) and 700 pound three-point hitch permit operation of rotary tillers, mowers and other Category 1 implements. The T1030 can be equipped with optional Sensitrak automatic four wheel drive.
