Haymakers
Case IH has a new line of round and square balers.
There are four models of round balers – the RBX441, 451, 461 and 561. The first two digits indicate the size of the bale in feet. A silage version of the RBX451 is also available.
These variable-chamber machines produce bales ranging from 30 to 70 inches in diameter and from 300 to 2,200 pounds.
They feature electric twine wrap and an optional electronic auto-controlled wrapping system with a choice of wrapping with twine or plastic mesh.

VIDEO: Green Lightning and Nytro Ag win sustainability innovation award
Nytro Ag Corp and Green Lightning recieved an innovation award at Ag in Motion 2025 for the Green Lightning Nitrogen Machine, which converts atmospheric nitrogen into a plant-usable form.
Dual cam pickups are standard on the RBX451.
Larger flotation tires are available on some models.
There are four models of small square balers. Three make 14 by 18 inch bales and one makes 16 by 18 inch bales. Bale length is adjustable up to 52 inches.
The large rectangular balers make three by three foot or four by three foot bales.
The LBX331 is available in three configurations: standard, packer cutter and rotor cutter. In the packer cutter option, steel forks rake hay across the knives, which cut the hay into shorter lengths for a well packed bale that is easily broken apart.
The rotor cutter has a cylinder with steel fingers that quickly move hay across the cutting knives. The knives can be removed in various combinations to adjust the length of cut and control how the bale is formed.

Livestock scale
Norac has made its popular Multiweigh animal scale more mobile. The scale combines the mobility of a trailer with the accuracy of a legal-for-trade scale.
The low-profile trailer uses an air ride suspension, allowing for a speedy transition between the scale’s transport position to weigh mode.
The design is capable of providing legal-for-trade weights in locations where the scale may be off level.

Tillage tools
Caterpillar has two new tillage tools that will be ready next spring – the TS4 series soil finisher and TL5 series field cultivator.
The TL4 is designed for high crop residue conditions. It cuts residue, mixes soil and residue, and levels in one pass. The cushion hitch reduces stress on the tractor and implement by absorbing side-to-side drawbar movement. As the hitch pivots, urethane cushions ease shock loads.
The five bar frame has adjustable spring-loaded disc gangs to slice and size residue. Shanks follow to mix the soil, uproot weeds and incorporate herbicides and fertilizers.
It will have a choice of seven or nine inch shank spacing.
The TL5 series also has the cushioned hitch and is designed for hilly terrain. It has a stacked frame using two smaller tubes in place of one tube to increase the flexing to follow the contour of the ground.
