Park the truck, use a wagon

The Parker 600-bushel 625 grain wagon is a new high-capacity standard-gravity bed wagon that is 20 percent stronger than its predecessor. A heavy-duty running gear supports the wagon’s larger capacity and keeps it balanced in rough terrain. Oversized tires distribute weight and minimize compaction. Steep, sloped ends, a tapered front panel and an oversized discharge door allow quick unloading. A diverter chute lets the operator direct grain flow for centre or side discharge. Other features include tubular steel ladder, plug-in connector, telescoping wagon tongue, breakaway chain that activates brakes in an emergency, metering door, inertia hydraulic breaks on all four wheels and signal lights. Thin-film lubricant

LubeCon’s Drop’l Do is a thin-film, dry-film lubricant containing sub-micron particles of solid-type lubricants. The particles prevent rust and other corrosion, but don’t attract dust or other abrasive materials because they are neither oily or greasy. The film creeps into crevices and covers metal surfaces, leaving a thin film of molybdenum disulfide which can withstand 100,000 p.s.i. of pressure. Built-in cleaners dissolve solidified grease, oil and dirt. It’s ideal for slides and guides, open gearing chains and bearings on various farm equipment. Contact: LubeCon Systems Inc., P.O. Box 589.
