New tractor line
Case IH has introduced a new line of tractors designed for more power, quieter operation and less maintenance.
The MX series Maxxum tractors come in four sizes, the MX100 with 85 p.t.o. hp, the MX110 with 95 p.t.o. hp, the MX 120 with 105 p.t.o. hp and the MX 135 with 115 p.t.o. hp.
Engine improvements have given them a five-horsepower increase over previous Maxxum tractors. They also feature increased p.t.o. torque of up to 44 percent. There is a new larger, self-cleaning grill and an in-line core radiator to improve air circulation.

Seed storage container
The new SeedSafe bulk seed storage container from CDK Systems is an alternative to bulk seed bags.
Made of galvanized steel, the 45 bushel capacity container stacks four high. It also folds for compact storage when empty.
The unit comes with either a sliding door that can regulate seed flow, or a hinged door that allows seed to be emptied in less than 10 seconds.
Either system can be accessed from the seat of a fork lift.

Soil sampler
Concord Environmental Equipment has introduced a new soil sampler that fits behind the cab of a pick-up truck.
Based on the idea of an electric trolling motor on the front of a boat, the Model 2400 Laydown soil sampler is always available without having to mount it on the side of the truck.
