The Cypress Farm and Ranch Show will host its inaugural event in Medicine Hat June 12-14 during the Medicine Hat Stampede.
It will allow farmers, ranchers and exhibitors to network and see the latest innovations in agriculture.
The show will be held at Medicine Hat’s Cypress Centre in conjunction with the World Professional Chuckwagon Association Races.

Founder Dave Fiddler said he sees enormous potential in bringing a show to an area that has some of Canada’s most productive farms and ranches but has been underserved in terms of large, agricultural trade shows.
Fiddler said farmers and ranchers in the area are investing heavily in innovation, establishing a perfect environment for industry growth and success.
More than 41 per cent of farms in the surrounding area report revenues exceeding $250,000 annually due to beef production, extensive irrigation systems and diverse crop and greenhouse operators.
The show will include keynote presentations, panels and innovative exhibits.
