Agri-Trade takes over AgSmart show

The Agri-Trade Equipment Expo has assumed responsibility for the Olds College of Agriculture & Technology’s AgSmart Educational Expo.

Under the memorandum of understanding signed by the two organizations, the Red Deer farm show will assume full ownership of AgSmart, but it will continue to take place at Olds College, ensuring ongoing collaboration with the college’s Smart Farm and applied research initiatives.

HyLife donates to local charities

HyLife Fun Days has donated $15,000 each to three Manitoba charities: Habitat for Humanity Neepawa, Kola Rec Centre and La Broquerie Helping Hands.

The event began as a get-together for HyLife employees but has become a major fundraiser for charity, raising more than $1.7 million over the years.
