According to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, pea exports will be lowered to 2.4 million tonnes in 2017/18. That compares to exports of 3.9 million tonnes the year previous. Canada’s pea ending stocks are subsequently expected to be half a million tonnes higher than previously expected.
