Angus winners determined at Agribition

REGINA — The Black Angus show was held Nov. 13 with familiar names heading to the winners’ circle.

The grand champion female was the entry of Miller Wilson Angus of Bashaw, Alta, while the reserve female banner went to Remitall Farms Inc., Olds, Alta.

The grand champion bull banner was awarded to Hamilton Farms of Cochrane, Alta., and Dave Longshore of Byemoor, Alta. The reserve went to Come As U R of Storthoaks, Sask. Hamilton Farms was also named premier breeder.

The Red Angus show saw grand champion female honours go to Bar EL Angus of Stettler, Alta., and Six Mile Red Angus of Fir Mountain, Sask., was reserve.

The grand champion red bull went to Redrich Farms of Forestburg, Alta., and Rainbow Red Angus of Cherhill, Alta., won reserve.
