New Holland Agriculture will remain Lakeland College’s exclusive agricultural and utility equipment supplier until 2031.

The partnership began in 2011 and the two organizations recently finalized another 10-year, multi-million dollar agreement.

New Holland provides tractors, swathers, skid steers and combines among other equipment for the college’s student-managed farm, the grounds and research and other programs.

New Holland is contributing $450,000 to further agriculture technology programs.

Of this amount, $150,000 will be used toward Lakeland’s Agriculture Technology Centre, opening this fall.

This includes $150,000 for Lakeland’s Agriculture Technology Centre and $30,000 to support other ag technology initiatives.
