FarmLink sells brokerage service

FarmLink Marketing Solutions has sold its brokerage department to the Ag Exchange Group.

The sale means FarmLink, which provides grain marketing services in Western Canada, will use Ag Exchange’s CXN360 technology when working with clients.

“Rather than trying to reinvent and look for ways to stay relevant in commodity price discovery, partnering with Ag Exchange solidifies our approach to lead with strategy,” said Mark Lepp, chief executive officer of FarmLink.

“Our goal is to increase transparency to help our clients strategically grow their business and to leverage information and technology into new opportunities.”
