It’s almost a sure thing; when a tire company introduces a new line of tires, the technology takes a step forward.

And sometimes the price tag doesn’t change, as with Titan’s new AgraEdge.

Titan says their new AgraEdge cutting-edge, cost-competitive radial R-1W tire line is now available in 17 sizes. This initial lineup is aimed at both front and rear positions on MFWD tractors. Additional sizes are expected to be introduced throughout 2021 for 4WD tractors, combines and grain carts.

Titan’s ag product manager Scott Sloan said, “We’ve taken the best elements of our existing lines and incorporated the newest design innovations to create a high-performing, modern-looking, cost-competitive tire.

“We’re proud to have developed and to produce these tires here in America to support North American farmers. We believe buying American is something every North American farmer can stand behind.”

AgraEdge is a radial R-1W with improved compounds employing the latest engineered materials. Because it’s new, it’s built with state-of-the-art construction techniques and a more open lug angle for optimum self-cleaning and traction. New construction in the sidewall and the 45-degree lug angle provide good roading. The footprint shape makes for minimal soil compaction. Titan recently expanded their warranty program on the entire radial lineup:

  • Eight-year coverage for tire workmanship and material. This prorated refund is based on years in service and wear percentage. It includes a two-year, no-cost replacement instead of the previous one-year no-cost replacement policy.
  • New one-year field hazard protection plan offers prorated refund for select cases of field hazard damage.
  • Two-year stubble damage protection plan covers all Titan radials.
